The International Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development (ICLED), now branded as The Innovative Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development (ICLED) was established 20 Years ago by Professor Olajumoke Familoni, a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management upon her return to Nigeria from the United States. ICLED’s primary objective is to enlighten minds and eradicate poverty to the barest minimum by empowering and supporting sustainable businesses. We do this by delivering world class business trainings, supporting Small Businesses, Mentoring, and Coaching entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership, entrepreneurial, career and business management skills.
Over the years ICLED has expanded to include a Business School nestled in the suburb of Lagos in Ibeju Lekki.

ICLED Business School offers cutting edge programs targeted at upskilling and building the capacities of corporate executives and senior management in the corporate world. Career based courses are also offered and focus on the youth and young adults.
ICLED NGO – This NGO is known as the Global Initiatives for Entrepreneurship and Capacity Development. Its primary focus is targeted at empowering the girl child and young adults.

ICLED partners with the University of America in Curacao Netherlands and California to offer Postgraduate courses. These are also taught by a combination of American and Nigerian Faculty. We also have a Faculty in India. The mode of delivery is online so there is no stress, no strike and courses can be completed comfortably online.
